See what a man did to his Uncle for raping his girlfriend

This is what happened to a South Carolina man after he was caught red-handed allegedly raping his nephew’s girlfriend in a bedroom at a home in Conway, South Carolina on Thursday January 1st. The nephew, whose identity is being kept from the media, reportedly found 52-year-old William Mattson (pictured above) on top of his girlfriend and he responded by beating the heck out of him.

You can see the result of the brutal beat down in the suspect’s mugshot. The man then pushed his uncle out of the house and called police. Mattson was arrested but the nephew was not charged over the incident. The police said he was “acting in defense for the victim.” The uncle is now facing charges related to the alleged sexual assault.

Reports Claims AirAsia didn't have permission to fly in deadly route on day of crash

AirAsia didn’t have permission to fly from Surabaya to Singapore on the Sunday morning that Flight 8501 crashed into the Java Sea, Indonesian officials said Saturday.

Indonesia's transport ministry said the plane had been flying on an 'unauthorised schedule' when it crashed, and the airliner has now been suspended from flying the route from the city of Surabaya to Singapore.

Transport Ministry spokesman J.A. Barata said the airline was only permitted to fly the route on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

“So AirAsia has committed a violation of the route that has been given to them,” Mr. Barata told The Wall Street Journal.

Kano Has The Highest Rate Of Drug Abuse In Nigeria - NDLEA

In Nigeria, the abuse of all types of drugs has increased drastically over the past decade. The nation’s youth constitutes the group most at risk from serious problems associated with addiction. Kano, the largest city in northern Nigeria, has the highest rate of drug abuse in the country according to the National Drug LawEnforcement Agency (NDLEA) figures for seizures of drugs, convictions of drug dealers and arrests of drug addicts.

In Kano State, 37% of the population are drug abusers. The NDLEA has warned of serious consequences to society if the task of destroying the culture of drug abuse and its supply chain does not immediately begin to bear fruit.


Saving a generation

Nigeria has made great progress in stemming the supply of drugs with high profile arrests of traffickers, seizures of drugs, the destruction of cannabis farms and closures of laboratories used for the clandestine manufacture of drugs. In 2013, 8,324 men and 529 women were investigated after being suspected of drug trafficking. Mrs Roli Bode George, the NDLEA Director General, said that her mission was to vigorously pursue the Agency’s vision of a drug-free society.

This is a problem that does not discriminate between rich and poor, old and young. Peer pressure is one of the major factors that need to be addressed in any effective programme aimed at controlling drug abuse, and mothers must realise that from a very early age children need to be watched carefully for deviant behaviour and be protected from the influence of older children involved with drugs.

A war on many fronts
The abuse of drugs is not confined to urban areas, and the NDLEA is working alongside the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the European Union (EU) to ensure that services to help addicts and users are also available in rural areas and are up to international standards.

Cannabis and Indian hemp are the most commonly abused drugs in Nigeria, although heroin, cocaine,amphetamines, ephedrine and ketamine are also brought in by the traffickers, and there is a range of products that are more easily obtained and are cheaper and not illegal, such as organic solvents, cough syrups and horse stimulants, all of which are unpredictable in their effects and can be highly dangerous. The so-called ‘bath salts’ contain the active ingredients methylenedioxypyrovalerone (MDVP) and cathinone—the latter is a stimulant similar to amphetamine and which is also found in Khat.

Bath salts are sold as a synthetic hallucinogen, a cheaper substitute for cocaine or LSD and which can produce extreme paranoia and violence in the user. An essential part of the drug abuse problem is that people who want to take drugs as an escape for their lives will reach for whatever is available, ignoring the health risks.

See the 1999 Letter Dora Akunyili Wrote Buhari when She Returned $12000 PTF Money

Back in 1998, when Dora Akunyili was the Zonal Secretary (South-east) of the Petroleum (Special) Trust Fund, she had travelled to the United States to get a cancer treatment surgery. Gen. Buhari who was then as the PTF Chairman approved £17,100 for her medical treatment.

Pictured above is the 1999 letter from late Dora to Gen Buhari, thanking him for his approval and also letting him know that she was returning £12,000 of  the £17,100 as doctors decided surgery was not needed.

On Akunyili's letter returning money, GMB wrote:

Photo: Mother Kills her Own Day-old Baby in Ebonyi State

A 25-year-old woman in Ebo­nyi State, Ugochukwu Otu, has done the abominable by killing her one-day baby girl soon after she was discharged from a maternity home.

Otu did it so that she would be free to live her life as she pleases and avoid the maternal responsibility of caring for the baby. The horrific act was committed on December 22, 2014 in Enohia Nkalu Afikpo North Local Government Area, Ebonyi State.

Ordinarily, the safe delivery of the innocent baby would have been considered a welcome Christmas
gift from God in the home of any of the uncountable number of women, who are eager to experience the joy of motherhood, but cannot do so either through natural conception or IVF and are therefore compelled to go to lengths to adopt babies they lovingly nurture and raise as their own. But this mother from hell chose the route of infamy as the devil egged her on and she killed the baby, put her dead body in a black polyethylene bag and dumped it in a bush near Ndibe beach road in her area.

According to Sunday Sun, they learnt from the Ebonyi State Police Commissioner, Maigari Dikko, nemesis caught up with Otu when neighbours began asking her about the baby.

Realising that providence had put the spot light on her secret, Otu confessed her evil deed and took the people to the where she dumped the baby. Shocked youths in the community then trooped to a nearby a police station to report the matter and she was arrested.

At the headquarters of the State Criminal Investigation Department, Ebonyi State Police Command, where she is being held, Otu spoke with Sunday Sun.

Showing no remorse, Otu said:

“I killed my one-day old baby girl intentionally because I don’t have N500 for her medical treatment. I want to be free lady. I didn’t have any intention to get pregnant. I was impregnated by one man called Monday, a native of Ozizza Afikpo North LGA. But later he refused to accept the pregnancy and I didn’t plan for it. I am not ready to marry; I want to be a free lady. I had to strangle the baby girl and put the corpse in a black poly­thene bag and dumped it along Ndibe beach road, near the bush. I don’t regret killing my baby because nobody was responsible for her upkeep.”

The Assistant Commissioner of Police in-charge of SCID, Mrs. Augustina Ogbodo informed Sunday Sun the police recovered the corpse of the baby, and added that the suspect would be charged to court soon for the murder of the baby girl.
